Return and Restock Policy
Returns are subject to inspection and applicable restock fees (see chart below).
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained from our Customer Service Department within 60 days of invoice date.

- These fees are the standard to be charged, and can be waived or increased in the case of special options/services.
- Above fees assume that the product is returned in unused and re-sellable condition. Re-stock fees will be increased to compensate for extra cleaning, painting, etc. of new, but superficially flawed, product that is returned.
- Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for credit.
- Value of replacement order must be equal or greater value than the original order for the product being returned
- Products are only eligible for return up to (60) days from original invoice date.
- Products issued an RMA must be returned to Control Products for evaluation within (30) days of original RMA issue date.
- Defective items do not fall under this policy and will not be charged a restock fee. Please contact Control Products at 1-800-583-6896 or you may send your request by email to sales@cpinc.com to request an RMA for inspection.
